5 on 5.5" to 5 on 4.5" wheel adapters

I have a set of 4 aluminum wheel adapters. They adapt a 5 on 5.5"(large ford) vehicle lug bolt pattern to a 5 on 4.5"(small ford/jeep)wheel. They are 1.25" thick and have 12mm x1.5 lug studs.
