Expanding our DIY fabrication parts by offering this Rockrail Upgrade Kit. Constructed of heavy wall 11 ga DOM tubing for the ultimate in impact resistance, nearly twice that of HREW tubing used by other companies. Each kit includes two sides, bent and cut to 58" with a total of 4 supports. ALL shipped to your door for $75 total. We can do whatever lengths you need, no problem!

I really need to learn how to weld. My rails could probably use these hardcore outer tubes.

Shipping to Canada is no problem, FedEx International Ground shows about $70 to ship. So figure $125 total to your door.

Are the center support tubes round vs. rectangular like the normal tubes?

Everything is round tube 1.75" OD, can do 2", 1.5" as well...prices will vary for different diameters of course.

There's no change in diameter, still 1.75" OD and the wall thickness is the same, just switched from the welded seam to DOM. There is quite a difference in strength, as stated before it's nearly twice as impact resistance. Well worth it.
