Different tail lights in place of stock ones

I removed my stock tail lights and as you know have two 3.75"x2" holes on each side. Are there lights that have a rubber surround that I can fit into these holes. I thought I'd seen pictures on some other rigs. Where can I get them at. Show me some pics of these and other ideas.

I don't think there are lights that fit in those holes, but go to my site (www.XJDB.com) and search for "tail lights"

i have seen some trailer lights like that.. even bought a replacement at advance auto for a Uhaul once.. maybe 3.5" round... maybe cut the hole into a circle and do it that way..
