Grin's WJ Build Thread

I've been toying with a tube skeleton skinned to get the look I'm going for, as the radius bends in square stock or c channel are going to be hard to pull off... might be heavy though.
 
Obviously ditch the stinger.
But if you shrink the lower portion of this bumper down, and put it UNDER the factory bumper skin, it would be pretty close to what im talking about. And I think it would work quite well to protect the jeep without killing the look.

That rig always makes me lol-great build, but damn! I'm thinking more a steel skin than factory, but same idea.
 
Ya I try to ignore the rest. So absurd. I almost chopped the bumper off so not to show the whole rig.
You doing a winch mount up front, hidden or not at all?
 
I'm doing a whole bunch of imagining and no building for now, but probably a receiver for a multimount
