membership packet?

a few weeks ago i contacted Naxja Leadership about being a member i recieved an email from them stating that my app had been reviewed and that my membership packet was being prepared and would be shipped promptly. as it stands i have yet to recieve anything mail wise from naxja. yet my member number and name are now on all my posts. anyone know how long it usually takes to get this "membership packet" via snail mail?
