lift, wheels, tires...

I'm not going to burn up $70 in diesel to sell a bumper for $200.
 
I will be in Nashville on the weekend of the 19th, and you said you would drive a little. I want the bumper for sure, wheels and tires too if you still have them.
 
wheels and tires are sold. You wanting the bumper the way it sits or fixed? I'll be in Cookville which isn't too far beyone N-ville.
