Before cut and fold.

After....

Those are some pretty clean looking flares.

So what would I need to do to paint my Napier Flares? Just sand them down and prep as normal?

Good question! Our fender flares paint pretty easy. There is a painting guide included with the installation instructions that come with our fender flares. Go to the last page for the painting tips. V2 Fender Flares - Installation Guide

The paint guide suggests using a Scotch Brite or 3M scuff pad which is not as abrasive as sandpaper. Clean 'em, scuff 'em, wipe them down, clean 'em again, apply Adhesion Promoter, paint x3+. Clear coat if desired. For a high quality paint job, it is important to use an Adhesion Promoter and follow the instructions on the can. Adhesion Promoter is available in spray cans at most auto parts stores. The adhesion promoter temporarily softens the plastic allowing the spray paint to bond with the surface of the fender flares.
