'94 Cherokee XJ Crawler HP D30/8.8 Beadlocks 35" TSLs Cage/Boatsides

'94 Cherokee XJ with 4.0 HO engine, AW4 transmission, 231 with SYE, HP D30 front, 8.8 31spline disc brake rear, 4.10's gears, welded front and rear, solid diff covers. ZJ v8 tie rod, trussed front and rear, traction bar in rear. Has hybrid interior/exo cage built with 1.5" welded seam tubing, has raised 2x6x 3/16 rockers with 2x2 supports (boat sided). Rockers are VERY strong. Q78 (about 35") Super Swamper TSL's on MRW beadlocks (5 total). Wheels and tires have plenty of rock rash. 1 tire is like new, the others are around 50%+. It has front and mid HD offroad frame stiffeners installed, as well as a beefy front winch mount with Warn 9000HS winch and brand new controller. It's short arm front 4.5" lift, with rough country lowers and currie uppers, .25" wall DOM, RE Extreme Duty track bar, bracket gusseted and welded to stiffeners. Rear is a rough country leaf pack with .75" lift shackles. Has a homemade cross member built of 5/16" plate and tubing. Media player radio with (1) 6x9" speaker in the back. Has a large steering cooler, and trans cooler installed. Factory gas tank has been raised. Heat works, A/C is all intact and should just need a charge.

Runs very strong, transmission shifts well. Transfer case linkage was never hooked up, so it's always in low range. This is NOT a street jeep. Lots of body damage, cage has been "tested" ;D, NO glass, windshield, hatch or doors, axles leak , tires leak down over several days. Engine runs great with no smoke, but does make a tick noise, but has been this way for 2 years (great oil pressure, clean oil).

Comes with spare front and rear axle shafts, spare unit bearings, spare steering setup, spare drive shaft, new motor mount, etc. This is a great budget beater trail rig. I'm taking a break from the offroad stuff for a bit. It would be a good idea to run hydro assist or swap to full hydro, as it's not fun to turn welded in the front. Or pick up an Aussie or Spartan locker. Front ball joints are worn out, and will need new axle seals.

Asking $2950 with winch, $2450 without. I do have a clean title in hand. Will consider reasonable trades. Street legal motorcycle, supermoto, partial firearm trades, etc. Located in Knoxville, TN.
