Trailer is very functional, although currently not the prettiest "mini-RV" around...

Did you leave it somewhere for a bit while you wheeled? I have a trailer like yours and have been thinking of using it for all the stuff need but am not sold 100%.

We always set up a base camp and wheel from there, so yeah, we park it.

Mine is a Wildernest topper, made in the late 70's through early 90's in Broomfield. We like it, although I would prefer the easy setup of a newer FlipPac type topper if I could (1) find one used, and (2) had the funds to pick one up...
