I have a hp44 I converted the radius arms into long arms but where the radius arm would mount to a stock ford I fabed some control arms that angle up and mount before the crossmember.
the problem is they hang down so low I bang them off the rocks recently at gulches(a local ORV PARK) I broke one the welds held but the cast broke. I want to git rid of the cast and make some kind of steel wrap around the axle to long arms with some nive flex joint. The idea I have now is to un bolt the radius/long arms and take them to a machine shop and have them make some kind of steel c clamps that i can weld to and still use the rubber bushings.
I need suggestions and or pics.

you might be able to get cages front section then the arm can just bolt to that.
