custom winch bumper for XJ in PA

Is there any way that you can post a cleaner pic, Im interested but cant fully make out the pictures
 
is this home made?
who is the manufacturer?

I have one almose exactly like it I will be putting on my '93
 
i want 200.00 for it, ive had an offer of 160.00 but i dont want to sell it that low, this is a good bumper guys, 20 years from now your XJ will be a pile of dust laying behind this bumper, itll last forever, its going to outlast the next 5 cherokees its on unless someone gets into an accident and wrecks it.
