have aw4 out of 97 that I stripped

It's the rear piece that is where the tcase bolts to. Look at this picture, see where the tcase bolts up and the speed sensor for the aw4 computer is? That is hte piece I need. http://www.houlster.com/amigo/drivetrain/images/114_1453_small.jpg
