Good deal.... FYI you can have ANYONE fill this form out, as long as they are a real person. Even if they never ever intend to actually go to the Rubicon trail.

Now that wouldn't be right. The document expressly states that they plan to visit in the future.
Although, I'm not sure how it's an affidavit anyway in that it doesn't include a jurat, but whatever.

Its all about intentions...... then. Maybe they "most likely" will never go, but as long as they have a reasonable intention to go one day before they die, then they can fill it out.
