NWFest, what needs to be done.

I'm pretty much done with the major stuff to do. Ran out of time on a few things (belly pan), but got the majority done.

Now I just have to change the oil, torque the suspension, pack, and wash the Jeep before next Wednesday.

Only 9 days to go!
 
to do:
- new steering box (might get to it?)
- flip tie rod (might get to it?)
- fluids all the way around (done, gonna need it again i'm sure. its a jeep, lol)
DONE - stock up on spare parts
- replace winch line (still hasn't broke yet)
DONE - adjust trac bar
DONE - OBA
DONE - disc brakes
DONE - prop valve
- E-brake set up
Half Done - rock lights
DONE - re-wire old stuff
- new front spots ?
DONE - Finish OBA tank
- ZJ Pitman arm
DONE - heat shield
- swap out Dustins front axle shaft

I ordered front axle shafts today. Apparently IH Scout shafts are what I needed
 
Front locker-done.
Sweet new front diff cover-done.
35inch boggers-done(well Barrowing)
All new rod ends and new v8 tie rod stuff-done.
Rock lights-done.
New front bumper-half done.
Rock sliders-half done.
99 durango steering box- have, just need to box in sub frame.
Frame box-half done.
2 red tops-done.
Zj pitman arm- hiting the yard tomorrow.
Spare front shafts-tomorrow.
New motor mounts-have, almost in.

1. Replace rear shocks Done
2. Replace fuel filter Done
3. Lube / grease all fittings
4. Remount winch lower in bumper
5. Service rear brakes
6. Straighten steering wheel Done
New items:
1. Replace fuel pump
2. Replace battery
3. Resolve intermittent auxiliary fan operation Done
4. Add water wetter
5. Pool noodles in fenders
6. Get a second set of eyes to run through a tech inspection

Fenders - Trimmed
Rear Bumper - In Process
Front - Done
Rock sliders - Gonna be close..
Gas tank Skid - Close.. might do with out..
 
New CSF 3 row radiator - IN
New 195 thermostat - IN
New overflow bottle - IN
Diffs drained and refilled - DONE
Tranny drained and refilled - DONE
Starter grinding - Still working on, possible new starter in the works
Tophat roof rack - Still want one, none available
Pay John - DONE

Nothing left to do but finish my starter stuff, clean the rig out, and find someone to roll with me.

Well I ran out of time :helpme:... thankfully John at Auburn Car Repair has been kind enough to fit me in last minute and take care of the rest of my list.

So, in addition to those posted earlier already, and Matt West's rig, I've had Jesse's (wang90xj), Steve (OlySteve), and Doug's (Fubar XJ) rigs through this week.

We should plan a couple more of these events each year. :D :laugh3:
 
I was thinking of planning a TSFest for around October to try to get our national raffle gear. Would that work for you?

I like it. or we could do a winterfest type event
