Title says it all...noticed that my tie rod and drag link were covered in coolant, also drips on the front of the oil pan.

Depends on the year. But IMSC you have to pull the PS pump. Not that big of a deal I have done it twice and the second time it was much faster! LOL!

meh, considering I just put the PS pump in...it wont be that bad....I did a pump on my folks 1990 Ranger

do I need to yank the radiator or can I do it with it in?

No I left the radiator in. Not sure on your year but on the 84-86 there is plenty of room. I had to pull the fan, and fan clutch, and the ps pump. The fan comes off a lot easyer with gear wrenches.

yea, I got a set of the racheting box end wrenches....my MJ's an 87 and I did the rad a few years back....not looking forward to removing it again.
