H.D. OFFROAD RELOCATION BRACKETS REV 2 INSTALL

I just found their hitch install instructions. It looks like they use a carriage bolt with some type of plate that has the square cut out to hold the carriage bolt in..wondering if I can find that stuff at tractor supply in grade 8
 
Took mine for the first drive since the install. Amazing! Didn't know my jeep could ride this well
 
About to order these.

My XJ has factory trailer hitch, do I reuse the factory bolts?

I see mention of getting nut strip plates, so confused.

I wouldn't. I'd replace all that stuff. New nut strips or braces inside the initial. Whatever you decide to use with new hardware.
