Poll coming: which weekend do you prefer for Sierra Fest at Deer Valley. Based on your input, the BOD will select the weekend.

Trails could include:
Deer Valley
Slick Rock
Corral Hollow
whatever else people want to run

Rough schedule:
Thursday - arrive, set up camp, listen to the comedy station with JoseJalepeno & VetsXJ
Friday - some sort of easy run, swim in the lake, maybe a night run, etc
Saturday - Deer Valley trail, Dinner and Raffle
Sunday - Slick Rock, or head home

More details will come later.

Come on out to Deer Valley and let the Chapter President get your rig unstuck!

I didn't think it was possible to get hi-centered on both axle pinion yokes at the same time, but apparently I can do it.

We'll post the official rules later but essentially
1) Don't run junk
2) Don't be an idiot

Usual turnout for the last few years has been 20-25 rigs

Rules are generally this:
1. 3" of lift highly recommended
2. 31" tires minimum highly recommended
3. Front and rear tow points required
4. Spare tire (may be waved by trail boss)
5. Battery must be secure
6. Fire extinguisher required
7. Don't bring junk that is guaranteed to break down
8. Tread lightly required
9. Don't drink and drive required
10. Bring some spare parts and some tools

Does a stock 30 on 37's count as don't bring kick that is guaranteed to break? Haha

August 2nd - 5th is better for me, but I could probably make either work if need be...

I am good with both. I will be there no matter what!

Last year a group of us ran Slick Rock on Friday. It was nice in that Sunday morning was a bit more relaxing than packing up camp and running a trail. Either weekend should work for me, but I will likely be running Slick Rock Friday and heading home early on Sunday morning...

As always, I am looking forward to this event and wheeling with you guys!

im all about a 1am friday night run of slick rock
