before you can CRAWL???? I have been working on a list, and will actually post it soon. I just wanted to kinda kick off the TO DO LIST thread. LOL!!

First on my list.... new cat and cat back exhaust.

that is all for now....

Here are a few things I need to do before the Crawl:

Install a fuel tank skid
Trim fenders for a little more clearance/less rubbing
get new 33's for the trip

I'm sure something will go wrong before the Crawl.

-Recharge fire extinguisher
-Stock a new med kit so my WEMT skills are worth while
-Install rear discs
-Install new brake booster/master
-New rear brake hose
-Longer shackles
-Bumpstop
-Tranny fluid change

Fix anything else I break/goes wrong. It is the DD.

Swap in 8.8
regear front axle to match
order 33's
get a big ass drop hitch if i bring the camper
put .75" spacer up front
Bumpstop the front
Brake lines(may knock that out this weekend when I put my OME lift on)
Win the lottery so I can get an ECTED for the front :D

well I've got the WF list, then between WF and the crawl it's cage/rockers/winch bumper building.

and whatever I break at WF.

I should get a spare driveshaft made.

Assuming I go, and it is way too far out for me to commit yet:

1. Install wheel spacers
2. figure out my steering and why is is wandering all over
3. Figure out the shakes I get at highway speed
4. Figure out why my Jeep smells so bad after driving (0331 head...any thoughts? :) )
5. Reinstall front skid plate
6. Install new spark plugs
7. Inspect and perhaps replace my pax side wheel bearing

And from a comfort standpoint...have to get a camp cot so I don't have to sleep on the ground. Not sure my surgically repaired shoulder will be ready for that yet.

steering and shakes are probably related, and my guess would be trackbar bushing.

Here is my first draft of my list:

Afore mentioned exhaust work
Replace rockers
Look into having a roll cage built that ties into said new rockers
New CB installed
Purchase spare parts
Find out why my spare tire is flat
Fluid changes and general tune up
Get Currie steering from High2by

The list gets longer as I think of more stuff lol!
I hope it warms up sooner than later!

I could basically go right now, as it is, but I may do a PS pump and new lines, and I might even vaccuum all the dust of the dash from last year.

Outside of that, #1 priority is don't break it before the crawl.

well I am going to cut and fold rear quaters build a rear bumper put a fuel tank skid on and if I have time chop the rear part of the roof off and cage it

Load on tralier and go. :)

Optional:
New track bar built installed, suck down winch, and traction bar done.

The suck down winch could do you a lot of good considering how that rear axle likes to travel.

So this means you're keeping it?

Yea I would like to figure something out for that. If I can get some things in order I am going to go see Ironman Andy one weekend in Haysville for a new Trackbar and those other items mentioned.

So this means you're keeping it?

If I get a decent offer I will sell and start over. Build a trail rig that can be driven to the trail. I would like to get a 97 up and a 5 speed 2 door. But what are the chances of that?

nothing to major for me.
just change all the fluids and stuff....

may have to talk to tyler about a RSOR steering setup.
