Check Craigslist. I see people on there every day selling one or two tires with 30% tread or whatever for pretty cheap, just to get rid of them when they get new tires.

I've checked CL but haven't found anything so I thought I'd give this a shot.
Doug, I know it. I figured the "spare" would have no less than a dozen plugs plus a sidewall that's been vulcanized. Hahaha!!!
