Build thread

I think im asking a question i already know the answer to but i want to be shure ..

Do Build threads go in your chapter? I was going to start one but was unsure of the correct forum to put them in ..
(i did notice others in the chapter forum though)

I just want to be clear that i am putting it where it belongs
