Drivers side floorboard full of water!

We keep getting water in the drivers side floorboard after a good rain when our jeep is sitting in the driveway. Where could this come from?

A few places, windshield, vent in front of windshield. It can also be leaking from the roof rack and puddling in the front. The roof rack is held on with nylon inserts and they don't last forever. Pick a dry day and spray it with a hose to see where it's coming from, to eliminate the roof rack cover the roor with a tarp next time it rains. You can do the same with the windshield and see what happens.

I siliconed all the lines going through the firewall, but the big leak was where the wiring harness went through. After I was done with the silicone I took a hose and sprayed all over the front of the Jeep to see if the leaks were fixed.
