I think you're forgetting stock is 1.6:1... or at least I always thought that stock was or was very close to 1.6:1...I'm not seeing a huge gain in that. Roller rockers basically reduce friction (not 15-40hp worth...) and noise. You forget, it's a 1.6 ratio arm. Though standard for most roller rockers, it adds quite a bit of lift and duration to whatever cam (even stock) you're runnin. Not to mention the friction it frees up.
