RC crawler PIC thread! scale or comp, post em up!

Mine has been pretty good, it's called scratches for a reason/by no means a crazy rig like your's manche...But I don't feel bad when Its on its lid/ washers really help weigh them down BTW. Will post pics sometime. haha,:jester:[/QUOTE]

Cool bring it over when I finnish my Off road track in the backyard .
:greensmok

I was thinking tape weights in the wheels or somewhere on the frame for
keeping the wheels down , I haven't gotten that far yet but I'm sure I'll screw
something up sooner or later .

KRONIC , did you cut the foam in the tires for more flex ?

Also , can you show me a pic of some tires with bead locks on them so I can see how the bead meets the rim properly . I seem to be getting a gap between the bead lock and the rim edge , is that proper ?

Mine are 4 piece beads. The ring goes inside the tire. On the tire their are rubber edges that hold it in. Then I take the two sides of the rim and put them on. And I have a 6 lug hub that bolts everything together! I'm doing this only phone so I will get pics of mine up asap.
Also. Make a trip to discount tire and buy some sticky weights for 1.1 rims. They work great! And most of the time they will just give you some for free!
Just use some plyers to bend them and put them on your rims inside the tire. You can cut your foams. I would recommend cutting little triangles out. The new tires can be stiff and will soften up after some use. If you have flat irons. You will want to cut off every other lug of tread. They perform much better after doing this. It can easily be done with the wire cutting section of a pair of plyers. Just don't cut the lugs to far or you will put a hole in the tire.

I'll get the pics up by tonight!
Hope some of this helps!

Dadgummit! Knock it off already!!!!!! :D

Suspension flexing, off camber action, choosing your lines, tire lifting..........

Between DJManche's hi-res R.C. porn and your videos........

I hate you both.
