  • I did the dodge van main as you did. use the xj main with it, you want the front of it right where the dodge second was and as long as possible on the shackle end.then xj second again cut the front of it so it's evenly staggard between the xj main and the xj third. 3rd you won't have to cut.and use the xj overload also, no need to cut it either. call eaton spring and order some 2.5" double lipped liner.do you have clamps that allow leafs to flex? if not you can get bolt on ones at BDS. any questions.pack will be 5 leafs. if you want you can ad another xj second,cut in front & rear to match the leaf stagger for a total of 6 leafs. or a 1" quality block also.mine flexes excellent. liners make a big difference and you need them when you cut leafs. if you don't want to use liners. clean leafs up and use dry moly lube spray between leafs.this is what deaver does with leafs that will be used strictly offroad.radius the leafs either way.
