Recommend Shop in OC for re-gear?

Got my hands on an Aussie and was thinking I should re-gear as well. I was going to try myself but I think it's better left to the pro's.

Any recommend shops in OC would be appreciated. Preferably north orange county. I searched the forum and couldn't find much.
