Rustys shock adjustment info needed.

Im running the Rusty's 6.5" spring pack which has adjustable shocks. I didn't buy them new so Im looking for some info on how to adjust them. They kind of look like Rancho's but painted black with "Rustys" stamped on them.

Which way is stiffer and which softer, clockwise or couterclockwise?
Also any comments on what setting are working best for you rrig on street and trail? Im running mine in the middle right now.

Set them to one end of the adjustment and test drive. Then set them to the other end of adjustment and repeat. If they are anything like RS9000's it will be very obvious which way is firmer and which is softer.

Yep, I tried that but can't easily tell on the road and the stiff back spring aren't making it any easier. I haven't had these shocks out on the trail yet where I could play with the adjustment.

Any info on adjusting the Rancho RS9000's would be appreciated. They probably work the same as Rusty's.
