Hampton Roads Locals? Looking for Garage Space

Are there any guys in the hampton roads areas with a large garage or know of large garage space that could accommodate another XJ for cash? Living in downtown norfolk and finding any garage space is pretty slim. Wanted to rule out all options before moving out of the downtown area.

Ideally I am looking for a large storage space that lets me bring all my tools and work on it. I’ve driven by some commercial storage places that have auto shops but I am not sure if that is in my budget.
